we have 3 room Apartement with . there are a balcony . I like to rent out 1 rooms to 1 guys (male ).the room has furnitures (bed, writing tesk, 2drawer to put cloth). There is bathroomswith separate toalett. kitchen, your on livingroom, . normally 4 to 5 min walk to Trainstation. 14 min trains red line to t central. you can be working or whatever. as long you pay the rent its fine. I can talk english, swedish if needed. smoker only in the balcony. no pets. no whole families with children, etc. just 1 nice guys :). normally I say we try it 3 month then if it works for longer. included in rent is electricity, internet, no extra costs. the room is 5500. including everything as i said :). please send me your email with a little infos about you or phone.
